Хрупкое разрушение керамического материала, армированного sic-частицами

Abstract

Определены параметры хрупкого разрушения керамического материала, армированного частицами карбида кремния. Установлено, что максимальная прочность и минимальная скорость распространения трещин достигаются вариацией сочетаний внутренних параметров керамической массы и оптимизацией режимов обжига.

The parameters of the brittle failure ceramic material reinforced with silicon carbide particles is investigated. It is established that the maximum strength and minimum rate of crack propagation is achieved by variation of the internal parameters and firing optimization.
