Abstract

The article discloses the main points of differential method of force and force-speed training of young hockey players of different spheres during specialization. The combination of pedagogical conditions has been revealed, which contribute to efficiency increase in the process of young hokey players’ training.

Раскрыты основные положения дифференцированной методики силовой и скоростно-силовой подготовки юных хоккеистов разных игровых амплуа на этапе спортивного совершенствования. Выявлена совокупность педагогических условий, способствующих повышению эффективности учебно-тренировочного процесса юных хоккеистов.
