This article considers sections of the Austrian constitutions concerning the Parliament in the period of revolution of 1848–1849: the Constitution drawn up by Pillersdorf, the Kremsier Constitution and the March Constitution. It shows the importance of the period under review in the history of the Austrian parliamentarism and describes the historical conditions for the creation of three Austrian constitutions. In accordance with these constitutions we identify the main features of the position of the Austrian Parliament and study principles of the chambers of parliament formation, criteria of active and passive suffrage, the articles on the activities of the Reichstag and its deputies.

В статье рассматриваются разделы о парламенте в австрийских конституциях перио- да революции 1848–1849 гг.: конституции, со- ставленной Пиллерсдорфом, Кремзирском про- екте и Мартовской конституции. В статье показа- на значимость рассматриваемого периода в истории австрийского парламентаризма. В ста- тье показаны исторические условия создания трех австрийских конституций. Определены ос- новные черты положения австрийского парла- мента в соответствии с указанными конституция- ми. Рассмотрены принципы формирования палат парламентов, обозначены критерии пассивного и активного избирательного права, статьи, посвя- щенные деятельности рейхстага и его депутатов.
