Abstract

Розглянуто продуктивну силу казенного підприємства пенітенціарної системи держави. Виявлено механізми залучення до праці ув'язнених і можливості виконання ними роботи за технологічним циклом на спрощених технічних засобах чи монотонної ручної фізичної праці.Рассматривается производительная сила казенного предприятия пенитенциарной системы государства. Выявлены механизмы вовлечения к труду заключенных и возможности выполнения ими работы по технологическому циклу на упрощенных технических средствах или монотонном ручном физическом труде.The productive forces of the state enterprise in the state penitentiary system are considered. The mechanism of involving the prisoners into the work has been found as well as the opportunities for them to do a job using simplified facilities or engage in the monotonous manual physical work.
