Abstract

Розглянуто склад шламу кави і можливості виділення з нього цінних компонентів. Описано кінетику процесу сушіння шламу під дією ІЧ-випромінення у залежності від товщини шару продукту і кількості підведеної енергії.The composition of coffee sludge and possibilities of extracting valuable components from it have been considered. The kinetics of coffee sludge IR-drying process in dependence on layer thickness and power supply has been described.
