Abstract

The author deals with the essence of the IPO concept, considers company goals to enter IPO market, and identifies success factors of the IPO realization. The state of the Russian IPO market is analized. The reasons of the IPO market activity and its subsequent decline are determined. The prospects of further development of the IPO Russian market are examined.

Раскрыта сущность понятия IPO, рассмотрены цели выхода компаний на рынок IPO, выявлены факторы успешности проведения IPO. Проанализировано состояние российского рынка IPO, определены причины активности рынка IPO и его последующего спада. Рассмотрены перспективы дальнейшего развития российского рынка IPO.
