Создание мясо-шубного типа овец в Романовском овцеводстве с повышенной резистентностью и высокими мясными качествами

Abstract

Materials of creation of new meat fur-coat type of sheep are given in the Romanov breed, the number of new type animals. Their dynamics of growth, results of control slaughter and boning of hulks, wool efficiency and quality of wool are given. Results of studying of forage digestibility and histology of the longissimus muscle of a back are presented.

Приведены материалы создания нового мясо-шубного типа овец в романовской породе, численность животных нового типа. Дана их динамика роста, результаты контрольного убоя и обвалки туш, шерстная продуктивность и качество шерсти. Представлены результаты изучения переваримости кормов, а также гистологии длиннейшей мышцы спины.
