
The article deals with the personal characteristics that make up the structure of organizational capabilities. The results of the research obtained through factor analysis, which detects differences in factor structure of personality characteristics of managers of commercial and budgetary organizations, are presented.
В статье рассматриваются личностные характеристики, составляющие структуру организаторских способностей. Представлены результаты исследования, полученные в ходе факторного анализа, который выявляет различия в факторных структурах личностных характеристик руководителей коммерческих и бюджетных организаций.
