The article is devoted to the problem of bringing to account of the incorporated person for their involvement to the enslavement, application in other similar practice of the servitude, and it is equal of making transactions with people. In this connection, as whole different scientific points of view are considered, including to prove necessity to punish organizations in the acting of the criminal code. Thus considering the designated problematics, the author comes to the conclusion of the expediency of bringing to account above-stated persons, under their involvement to the enslavement and similar to these institutions, suggesting on the Legislative level to involve the corresponding article in the criminal code RF of administrative responsibility in particular art. 5.57 involvement of the incorporated person to the criminal activity, connected with the transaction with people, slavery, similar to these practices, exploitation of person's labor (rendering of services).

Статья посвящена проблеме привлечения к ответственности юридических лиц за причастность последних к порабощению, обращению в иные сходные практики подневольного состояния, а равно совершению сделок с людьми. В данной связи в целом рассматриваются различные научные точки зрения, в т. ч. обосновывающие необходимость наказывать организации и в рамках уголовного закона. Таким образом, учитывая обозначенную проблематику, автор приходит к выводу о целесообразности привлечения вышеуказанных лиц к административной ответственности, при их причастности к рабству, и схожим с ним институтам, предлагая на законодательном уровне включить в Кодекс РФ об административных правонарушениях соответствующую статью, в частности ст. 5.57 «Причастность юридического лица к преступной деятельности, связанной со сделками с людьми, рабством, сходными с ним практиками, эксплуатацией труда человека (оказанием услуг)».
