Abstract

The article is devoted to the separation and to historical and legal analysis of the essence of the following categories “State crimes” and “Political crimes”, relating to the criminal legal theory and to law-applying practice in Russia at the end of 19th-beginning of 20th centuries.

Статья посвящена разграничению и историко-правовому анализу содержания категорий «государственные преступления» и «политические преступления» применительно к уголовно-правовой теории и правоприменительной практике в России в конце 19-начале 20 вв.
