Abstract

Discusses methodological approaches to the design of the spatial distribution of new industrial facilities in cities with difficult environmental conditions. Given the methodological principles that create the conditions for designing the most effective (balanced) version of the socio-ecological-economic development of territories. Fundamentals of information adapted methodological approach and its application. An example of search decisions on the siting of new industrial sites in Korkino and characteristics of the project development Tominsky copper ore deposits of the Chelyabinsk region, which caused a lot of discussion in the ecological assessment.
