Abstract

The cluster algorithm of estimated actions of border region positions in economic space on the basis of a method of Saati hierarchies analysis is presented in the article. By means of pair judgments of compared types of integrative economic processes of regional system, the possibility of the most essential factors identification of inter-territorial interaction of the region in border space is defined. The technique allows minimizing problem points of large-scale data aggregation in the statistical analysis. The advantages are based on polarization of estimated processes, use of the synthesized mathematical apparatus, allowing optimizing conciliation procedures of strategic solutions adoption of regional development in border space
