Abstract

The article analyzes a number of normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, of the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation, reflecting the modernization and reform of the system of training for law enforcement agencies, furthermore, this article investigates the content of the structural and organizational changes and innovations for each level of the departmental formation.

В статье анализируется ряд нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации, Министерства внутренних дел Российской Федерации, отражающих вопросы модернизации и реформирования системы подготовки кадров для органов внутренних дел, а также исследуется содержательная часть структурно-организационных изменений и новаций по каждому уровню ведомственной образовательной системы.
