Методика интегральной оценки социо-эколого-экономического развития малых городов

Abstract

Peculiarities of application of a number of approaches to assessing the effectiveness of small towns, such as sociological approach, project approach, game theory. Proposes a methodology for the integrated assess ment of socio-ecological-economic development of small towns. The substantiation of the reference sequence indicators of development of small towns at each block of indicators. Possibility of using the methodology to identify the most significant opportunities for improving the efficiency of development of small towns.

Рассмотрены особенности применения ряда подходов к оценке эффективности малых городов. Предлагается методика интегральной оценки социо-эколого-экономического развития малых городов. Приведено обоснование эталонной последовательности показателей эффективности развития малого города по каждому из блоков показателей. Показаны возможности использования методики для выявления наиболее значимых резервов повышения эффективности развития малых городов.
