Abstract

The study included 21 women outside of pregnancy, which had a history of pregnancy loss in the period from 3 to 22 weeks. Set of patients was performed at outpatient admission, when applying to day care and hospitalization. Inclusion criteria were women with early pregnancy loss in history. In the study, no women participated in APS syndrome. At the preliminary stage patients were divided into two groups: the first group included women with a miscarriage, the second – with nondeveloping pregnancy. In all patients studied the changes of the morphofunctional status and cytometric indicators of peripheral blood platelets by computer morphometry of platelets. During the tests revealed the changes that characterize the consequences of early pregnancy loss.
