Производные образования с суффиксом -ьство в номинации явлений средневековой действительности

Abstract

The article discusses the productive type of word formation of nouns with the suffix -stvo (-ьство) in the language of chronicles. Functional, semantic, and stylistic characteristics of this group of derivatives are determined. The system of formative meanings of derivatives with the suffix -stvo (-ьство) is analyzed in terms of specificity of the nominative activity of medieval man.

Рассматривается продуктивный тип именного словообразования с суффиксом -ьство в языке летописных памятников. Определяются функциональные, семантические, стилистические особенности данной группы производных слов. Система словообразовательных значений дериватов с суффиксом -ьство анализируется с точки зрения специфики номинативной деятельности человека Средневековья.
