Стратегия технологического развития пищевой промышленности России

Abstract

There is a strategy of the technological development of the Russian food industry in terms of the ensuring of technological safety estimated in the article. The sys tem of indicators is offered, threshold values are justified. The main directions of improving of the strategy of the technological development are defined.

В статье дается оценка стратегии технологического развития пищевой промышленности России с позиции обеспечения технологической безопасности. Предложена система показателей и обоснованы пороговые значения. Определены основные направления совершенствования стратегии технологического развития.
