Abstract

In the article given developed practical technique allowing to improve process of automotive vehicles service on gas motor fuel. The technique is directed on increase of automotive vehicles on gas motor fuel reliability parameters by improvement of the gas cylinder equipment maintenance technological process. For improvement of gas cylinder cars service quality the method of the FMEA analysis of maintenance system in general and separately technological process is used. The analysis of the gas cylinder equipment defects possibility allowed to reveal the major factors influencing its reliability, and also reserves of maintenance process quality improvement. On the basis of the gas cylinder equipment maintenance analysis technological process results TO-1 is finished. Practical application of a technique allows to reduce, eliminate and prevent refusals in a power supply system of the gas cylinder equipment, and, therefore, to increase reliability and safety of operation of gas cylinder cars.
