Abstract

The article deals with the questions on the timing of the activities of the court of first instance after the verdict was announced in the presence of an appeal or representation. The timing operation of the court of first instance before sending the case to the court of appeal is analyzed. The problem of getting acquainted with the Protocol of the court session and the materials of the criminal case is revealed. The author concludes that there is a need for strict regulation of deadlines for submitting an appeal to the court of first instance.
