
The article provides a critical analysis of modern approaches to the appraisal of the outsourcing viability. On the basis of this analysis, an integrated technical approach to the evaluation of the outsourcing viability with account of the company value has been proposed. The evaluation is to be performed using the index of the comparative effect of the outsourcing. This index allows taking into account the degree and directions of the influence of the introduced outsourcing on the predicted change of the company value.
В статье проведен критический анализ современных подходов к оценке целесообразности аутсорсинга, на основе которого предложен интегрированный методический подход к оценке целесообразности аутсорсинга с учетом стоимости компании. Оценку предложено осуществлять с использованием показателя сравнительного эффекта аутсорсинга, позволяющего учесть степень и направления влияния внедрения аутсорсинга на прогнозное изменение стоимости компании.
