Abstract

Актуальность и цели. Целью статьи является анализ возможных решений для измерения уровня жидких веществ и предложение оптимальных способов для инновационного проектирования датчиков уровня жидких веществ, используемых для измерительных целей. Материалы и методы. Проанализирована аналогия между распространением волны в акустической среде и линией передачи, что позволяет описывать электромеханическую передачу сигнала в пьезоэлектрическом материале, который является основой рабочего элемента ультразвукового преобразователя. Задача предварительного моделирования ультразвуковых систем сводится к построению модели ультразвукового преобразователя с применением электрических компонентов, таких как линия передачи и управляемые источники тока и напряжения. Результаты. Предложена методика для компьютерного моделирования выходного сигнала с ультразвукового преобразователя на начальном этапе инженерного проектирования готового электронного изделия. Выводы. Предлагаются рекомендации по проектированию датчиков уровня жидких веществ с учетом возможностей компьютерного моделирования для гарантированной надежной работы в реальных условиях при решении измерительных задач различной сложности.

Background. The aim of the article is to analyze the possible solutions for level measurement of liquids and demand urgent ways for the innovative design of the level of liquids sensors used in a variety of measurement tasks. Materials and methods. Was analyzed the analogy between the propagation of waves in an acoustic environment, and the transmission line that allows you to describe the electromechanical transmission signal in the piezoelectric material, which is the basis of the ultrasonic transducer operating element. preliminary ultrasound systems modeling problem reduces to the construction of the ultrasonic transducer using a model of electrical components, such as a transmission line and controlled sources of current and voltage. Results. A method for computer modeling of the output signal from the ultrasonic transducer at the initial stage of the engineering design of the finished electronic product. Conclusions. We offer advice on the design of liquid level sensors substances taking into account possibilities of computer simulation to ensure reliable operation in real conditions for solving measurement tasks of varying complexity.
