Организация тубулярных структур секреторного пути фибробластов животных разных систематических групп

Abstract

The organization of tubular structures in the Golgi fibroblasts animals of different taxonomic groups is analyzed in this article. The existence of direct connections of compartments of one and neighboring ones with di^yosomes is proved. The possible role of Golgi tubule in intracellular transport is discussed.

В статье анализируется организация тубулярных структур в комплексе Гольджи фибробластов животных разных систематических групп. Доказывается существование прямых соединений между компартментами одной и соседних диктиосом и обсуждается возможная роль тубулярных структур во внутриклеточном транспорте.
