Abstract

Современная практика показывает, что менеджмент является наиболее слабым звеном в хозяйственном механизме предприятий ракетно-космической промышленности. В ходе антикризисной деятельности предприятия столкнулись с множеством факторов, указывающих на необходимость коренного изменения форм и методов управления, применяемых при планировании, организации и мотивации деятельности.
