Социально-педагогические аспекты проблемы безнадзорности в республике Дагестан

Abstract

Проблема безнадзорности является актуальной как для Республики Дагестан, так и России в целом. Особенно остро она заявила о себе в так называемый «постсоветский» период. Автор статьи говорит о социальных и педагогических предпосылках данной проблемы и полагает, что она может иметь очень серьезные последствия для страны и, следовательно, должна решаться на государственном уровне.
