Abstract

The article is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of preventive activity of penal inspections of Federal Penitentiary Service of the RF. Te author defines preventive activity of penal inspections, its elements and preventive measures.

В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические вопросы предупредительной деятельности уголовноисполнительных инспекций ФСИН России, дается ее определение, указаны компоненты, превентивные меры.
