Abstract

Усатов И.И. АВТОМАТИЗИРОВАННАЯ СИСТЕМА ЗОНДОВЫХ ИЗМЕРЕНИЙ В МЕТАЛЛИЧЕСКОЙ ПЛАЗМЕ. Свойства наноструктурных пленок, получаемых в разряде, существенно зависят от параметров плазмы. Измерение таких характеристик, как концентрация электронов, плавающий и плазменный потенциалы, температура электронов, функция их распределения по энергиям представляют актуальную задачу. В данной статье представлена автоматизированная система для измерения данных параметров. Рассмотрены аппаратная реализация и алгоритмы программного обеспечения.

Usatov I.I. AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR PROBE MEASUREMENT OF METAL PLASMA. Properties of nanostructured films produced in discharge greatly depend on plasma characteristics. The measuring of such parameters as a density, plasma and floating potentials, an electron temperature and energy distribution function are the actual task. The description of the automated system for measuring these characteristic is presented in this article The software algorithms and hardware implementation of this system are described.
