Отдаленные результаты автоматизированной эндотелиальной кератопластики с формированием поверхностного лоскута

Abstract

Проанализированы 5-летние результаты эндотелиальной кератопластики у 18 больных (18 глаз). Эндотелиальная кератопластика с формированием поверхностного лоскута микрокератомом позволяет добиться высокой частоты прозрачного приживления трансплантата. Период послеоперационной реабилитации значительно короче, чем при сквозной кератопластике, а рефракционные нарушения и потери эндотелиальных клеток сопоставимы.

Analyzed 5-year results of endothelial keratoplasty in 18 patients (18 eyes). Endothelial keratoplasty with a microkeratome flap formation of the surface allows for high-frequency transparent engraftment. The period of postoperative rehabilitation is much shorter than with penetrating keratoplasty and refractive disorders and loss of endothelial cells are comparable.
