Социально-гигиеническая характеристика беременных женщин с туберкулезом легких г. Красноярска

Abstract

Проведен анализ историй родов 150 беременных, с туберкулезом легких. Первую группу составили 50 беременных с активным туберкулезом легких, вторую – 100 беременных женщин с туберкулезом легких в анамнезе. Сравнение проведено с историями родов контрольной группы, которую составили 100 практически здоровых беременных. Беременные с активным туберкулезом легких в большинстве своем не работающие, не замужние, имеют среднее образование, проживают в сельской местности, ведут нездоровый образ жизни, в том числе во время беременности, злоупотребляют курением. Беременные с туберкулезом легких в анамнезе в большинстве своем не работающие, в половине случаев состоящие в браке, проживает в городской местности, со средним и средне – специальным образованием, с более высоким уровнем образования, чем беременные с активным туберкулезом легких. Каждая вторая беременная курит, в том числе и во время беременности.

We analyzed 150 labor and delivery records of women with pulmonary tuberculosis. The first group consisted of 50 pregnant women with active pulmonary tuberculosis, the second group – 100 women with pulmonary tuberculosis in past medical history. We compared results with control group (100 healthy pregnant women). Women with active tuberculosis were unemployed, unmarried, had upper secondary education, live in countryside and had nicotine addiction. Pregnant women with pulmonary tuberculosis in past medical history were unemployed, but had higher level of education in comparison with pregnant women with active tuberculosis. One in two pregnant women smoked.
