Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме злоупотребления процессуальными правами, которыми Кодекс Российской Федерации об административных правонарушениях (далее по тексту - КоАП РФ) наделяет лиц, в отношении которых ведется производство по делу об административном правонарушении. Соблюдение баланса частных и публичных интересов, а также объективная российская действительность диктуют необходимость изучения данного института.

Article is devoted to a problem of abuse by procedural laws with which the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses allocates persons concerning whom the proceeding of an administrative offense is conducted. Observance of balance of private and public interests, and also objective Russian reality dictates need of studying of this institute.
