Abstract

В статье рассматриваются тенденции отражения в криминалистике научных знаний в области организации расследования преступлений и формирования криминалистического учения об организации расследования преступлений. Представлено современное состояние, а также перспективы развития и практической реализации криминалистического учения об организации расследования.

The paper deals with trends of forensic scientific knowledge related to the organization of crime investigation and establishment of forensic doctrine of organization for crime investigation.The paper presents the modern condition and perspectives of development as well as practical realization of criminal theory of organization of investigation.
