Влияние стресса на удовлетворенность работой сотрудников исправительных учреждений

Abstract

Анализируется влияние психосоциальных факторов труда должностных лиц исправительных учреждений на их психическое и физическое здоровье. Представлены результаты исследования, раскрывающего важнейшие возбудители рабочего стресса и их интенсивность у представителей этой профессии. Показана связь психосоциальных факторов труда и напряженности на работе с удовлетворенностью работой, внутренней согласованностью.
