Abstract

The method of initial strains studied the effect of the thickness of the hardened layer on the distribution of residual stresses in the hub. It is discovered that the thickness of the deformed layer has a significant influence on the distribution of residual stresses in the stress concentrator.

Методом первоначальных деформаций изучено влияние толщины упрочнённого слоя на распределение остаточных напряжений в области концентратора. Установлено, что толщина деформированного слоя оказывает существенное влияние на распределение остаточных напряжений в концентраторе.
