Современные программы восстановления психовегетативного статуса при табакокурении у молодых лиц

Abstract

The article presents the facts on harmful effect of smoking tobacco on psychoemotional status of 180 people. The introduction of the programmes of the complex medical therapeutic unit «Alpha-ЗЗ» makes an anti-stressfull effect and leads to the correction of the psychovegetative status of young smokers in the form of reducing the level of anxiety

В статье приведены данные о вредном воздействии табакокурения на психоэмоциональный статус у 180 молодых лиц. Введение программ комплексной лечебно-оздоровительной установки «Alpha-ЗЗ» оказывает антистрессовый эффект и приводит к коррекции психовегетативного статуса молодых курильщиков в виде снижения уровня тревоги.
