Abstract

Статья ведущего российского социолога академика Г.В. Осипова поднимает проблему государственно-частных инвестиций в гуманитарную науку, которая при такой поддержке сама способна выступать инвестором научных идей, креативных разработок в экономику и социальную сферу России. В качестве примера интеллектуально-организационного инвестирования академического научного коллектива автор представляет мегапроект «Интегральная евразийская транспортная система» и проект утилизации «парниковых» газов в атмосфере «Синтез», в разработке и продвижении которых принимает активное участие Институт социально-экономических исследований РАН (ИСПИ РАН).

This paper by a leading Russian sociologist G. Osipov deals with the problem of public and private investments in the humanities which are able with such support to be itself an investor of scientific ideas and creative developments in the economy and social sector of Russia. The author considers as an example of such an intellectual and organizational investments the Integral Eurasian Transport System megaproject and the Synthesis project of greenhouse gases utilization, both of which have been developed and promoted by the Institute of Socio-Political Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ISPR RAS).
