Определение условий работы бетоносмесителя гравитационно-принудительного действия для приготовления однородных бетонных смесей

Abstract

The process of mixing blend components using the vorticity diffusion has been studied. The conditions enabled the intensification of preparing concrete mixtures with high homogeneity by creating the proper amount of closed vortex motion of concrete mixture particles have been defined.

Рассмотрен процесс перемешивания компонентов смеси с учетом диффузии завихренности. Выявлены условия, которые способствуют интенсификации процесса приготовления бетонных смесей высокой однородности за счет создания должного количества замкнутых вихрей движения частиц бетонной смеси.
