Рассмотрены существующие методики оценки деятельности транспортных компаний и предложена новая комплексная методика оценки конкурентоспособности предприятий транспортной отрасли, основанная на изучении предпочтений грузоотправителей и грузополучателей при выборе перевозчика, экспедитора или логистического оператора.
