В статье говорится о том, что модернизация России должна проходить с учетом ее национально-исторической специфики. В противном случае она станет добычей соседних цивилизаций.It's been told in the article that modernization of Russia should be carried out taking into account its national and historical specifics. Otherwise Russia will become the booty of neighboring civilizations.
