Резервы повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия

Abstract

В данной работе автором под резервами повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия понимаются нереализованные или не в полной мере реализованные ресурсы и возможности предприятия, находящиеся в наибольшей степени готовности к применению, а также нереализованный потенциал повышения эффективности функционирования предприятия. К резервам предприятия относятся улучшение финансовохозяйственных показателей деятельности предприятия (рост продаж, снижение затрат, увеличение доходности, расширение рынков сбыта). Рассматривается классификация резервов по временному типу. Автором выделяются основные принципы поиска резервов и, на их основании, строится рациональный подход выявления резервов, а также способ достижения эффективного конкурентного преимущества через систему управления резервами. Повышение эффективности деятельности компании достигается не только по средствам успешного выполнения производственных проектов, но и грамотного их отбора. Одной из главных проблем при этом является: связь выполняемых проектов с достижением стратегических и тактических целей компании, направленных на выявление резервов повышения эффективности деятельности организации. В статье рассматривается зависимость между стратегическим развитием компании и реализуемыми проектами. С целью повышения эффективности деятельности компании, путем активирования ее резервов и выявления неиспользуемых, а также, достижения намеченных стратегических целей, автор предлагает усовершенствовать управленческую политику на предприятии, путем внедрения управления портфелями проектов.

The author under the reserves of increase of efficiency of activity of the enterprise is understood as unrealized or not fully realized the resources and capabilities of the enterprise in the greatest degree of readiness for use, and unrealized potential of increase of efficiency of functioning of the enterprise in this paper. Reserves of the company are the improvement of financial and economic company performance (sales growth, cost reduction, yield enhancement, market expansion). Discusses the classification of reserves according to a time type. The author outlines the main principles of reserves and, on their basis, is constructed a rational approach to identify reserves, as well as the way to achieve competitive advantage through the management system reserves. Improving the efficiency of the company's activity is achieved not only by means of successful execution of production projects, but also literate their selection. One of the main problems is: the relationship of projects to meet strategic and tactical goals of the company, directed on revealing of reserves of increase of efficiency of activity of the organization. The article discusses the relationship between the strategic development of the company and implemented projects. With the aim of increasing the efficiency of our operations, by activating its reserves and identifying unused, and achieve the intended strategic objectives, the author proposes to improve the management policies at the enterprise, by implementing the control portfolios of projects.
