Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности грантового финансирования научной деятельности и экспертной оценки ее результатов с позиций институциональной теории, развиваемой до сих пор, главным образом, в экономике и политологии. Автор обосновывает вывод об актуальности ускоренного развития в России института государственных самоуправляемых и независимых научных фондов как перспективной формы самоорганизации научного сообщества, теоретические и методологические основания которой должны быть разработаны в рамках политического науковедения.
