Особенности медико-социальной характеристики пациентов с переломами проксимального отдела плечевой кости

Abstract

Представлены результаты медико-социальной оценки пациентов с травмами проксимального отдела плечевой кости, в том числе изучены возраст, социальное положение, сопутствующая патология. Проведен анализ особенностей травматического повреждения верхней конечности и причины получения травмы. Показано влияние изученных медико-социальных характеристик на длительность пребывания пациентов в стационаре. Сделан вывод о необходимости учитывать рассмотренные характеристики при лечении пациентов с травмами.
