Abstract

В статье исследованы тенденции интеграционных процессов в экономике и корпоратизации предприятий, а также связанные с этими явлениями проблемы устойчивости корпоративных предпринимательских объединений в стратегическом аспекте. Сформирована концептуальная основа сбалансированной системы показателей корпоративных предпринимательских объединений.

T he article examines the trends of integration processes in economy and enterprise corporatizatlon as well as the associateIIId sustainabty problem of corporate business associations in the strategic aspect. The authors provide a conceptual basis for a balanced scorecard of corporate business associations.
