Исследование структурных свойств объекта управления в литейном производстве

Abstract

The analysis of castings production process in foundry production on machine-building enterprise is carried out by a method of structural decomposition. The basic objects of castings production and structure of process of castings production are given off. The premises of introduction of new accounting unit «alloy» in a management system of foundry production are defined.

Проведен анализ процесса изготовления отливки в литейном производстве машиностроительного предприятия методом структурной декомпозиции. Выделены основные объекты производства, структура производственных процессов изготовления отливки. Определены предпосылки введения новой планово-учетной единицы «сплав» в системе управления литейным производством.
