Модификации способов изготовления замещающих пострезекционных протезов

Abstract

Предложены три варианта модификации способов изготовления пострезекционных замещающихся протезов на верхнюю челюсть. Основу лабораторных этапов конструирования таких протезов составляют внутренняя (обтурирующая) и наружная (искусственное небо) пластинки, соединенные по конгруэнтным поверхностям. На обтурирующей пластинке, за счет создания внутреннего клапана в виде валика, повторяющего конфигурацию неба, формируют восковую репродукцию наружной части протеза с зубами. После их раздельной полимеризации внутренние и наружные части протеза вновь соединяют, гипсуют в кювету с последующей повторной полимеризацией. Получается пустотелый протез облегченного типа.
