Деловые коммуникации в системе трансляции педагогического знания по специальности «Социально-культурный сервис и туризм»

Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and methodological tools for the implementation of successful business communication in the system of translation of pedagogical knowledge in the area of socio-cultural services and tourism. As a result of acquired experience, the author designed and brought to the reader’s attention a number of thematic modules, as well as criteria and behavioral indicators of successful business communications. Market criterion is the main strategic, basic core of business communication, the degree of success of which depends on the readiness of the specialist to work in the changing market realities.

Рассматривается теоретический и методический инструментарий реализации успешных деловых коммуникаций в системе трансляции педагогического знания по специальности «социально-культурный сервис и туризм». На основе полученного опыта предложены тематические модули, разработаны критерии и поведенческие индикаторы проведения успешных деловых коммуникаций. Рыночный критерий является главным стратегическим, базовым стержнем деловой коммуникации, степень успешности которой зависит от степени готовности специалиста работать в изменчивых рыночных реалиях.
