Abstract

64 pregnant women, with not complicated course of pregnancy (n=32), with preeclampsia of slight (n=18) and severe degree (n=14) have been examined. It has been established, that to define the level of preeclampsia verification it is necessary to investigate functional condition of pancreas, defining in blood serum the level of pancreatic amylase and pancreatic lipase. These enzymes are predictors, allowing to estimate more precisely the severe forms of preeclampsia at preclinic stages and in due time to correct tactics of conducting the pregnant women.
