
Th is paper presents a brief overview of modern pathopsychological methods of thought disorders in schizophrenia abroad. Th e work highlights the most important questions of classifi cation and quantifi cation of disorders of thinking, the basic methods of their research and assessment systems. It is discussed the topical issues related to diffi culties in defi nitions, unifi cation of methods of quantitative assessment and comprehensive coverage of the entire spectrum of thought disorders, their verbal and fi gurative components. Th e prospects for resolving some of these problems are defi ned in the article
В статье дан обзор современных зарубежных патопсихологических методов исследования нарушений мышления при шизофрении. Освещены наиболее важные вопросы классификации и количественного измерения нарушений мышления, основные методы их исследования и системы оценивания. Обсуждаются актуальные проблемы, связанные с трудностями дефиниций, унификации способов количественной оценки и полного охвата всего спектра расстройств мышления, его вербальных и образных компонентов. Определяются перспективы решения ряда этих проблем.
