О правовой основе ОРД в деятельности ОВД по борьбе со взяточничеством и коммерческим подкупом в сфере образования

Abstract

The article analyses the legal basis of operative-search activities in the operation of law enforcement bodies in the combat against bribery and commercial subornation in the sphere of education. They suggest adoption of a law consolidating all the types of search into one criminal search process.

В статье анализируется правовая основа ОРД в деятельности ОВД по борьбе со взяточничеством и коммерческим подкупом в сфере образования. Предлагается принять закон, регламентирующий все виды сыска, в единый уголовно-разыскной процесс.
