Морфологические основы и методические подходы к обработке корневых каналов моляров верхней челюсти

Abstract

Представлен обзор современной зарубежной литературы за 2010-2012 годы по эндодонтии моляров верхней челюсти. Рассмотрены вопросы успешного использования компьютерных технологий в определении анатомии корневых каналов и эндодонтическом сопровождении обработки корневых каналов. Представлены результаты исследований по изучению очищающей способности современных стоматологических инструментов и технологий при обработке корневых каналов верхней челюсти. Обсуждены нерешенные вопросы современной эндодонтии и рекомендации специалистов.

It is presented the review of contemporary foreign literature from 2010 to 2012 by theme Endodontics molars of the maxilla. Were reviewed the problems of the successful use of computer technologies in definition the anatomy of the root canals and endodontic treatment of root canals. Were given the results of studies the cleaning ability of modern dental tools and technologies for the treatment of root canals in the maxilla. Were discussed outstanding issues of modern endodontics and expert recommendations.
