В статье предлагается позиция автора относительно роли системы непрерывного профессионального образования в адаптации специалистов к профессиональной деятельности в современных условиях; определяются основные, по мнению автора, проблемы; анализируются возможные пути их решения и др.

The article offers the author's position on the role of continuing professional education in adaptation of experts to professional work in modern conditions; it identifies the key problems, according to the author, analyzing the possible solutions
