Abstract

¬¬¬¬¬Статья посвящена вопросу оценки и анализу имеющихся средств автоматизации подъёмно-транспортных и погрузочно-разгрузочных работ, а также экономической и практической целесообразности их применения в промышленности. Проведён обзор основных этапов развития механизированных и автоматизированных складов и подъемно-транспортных машин. Рассмотрены условия применения средств автоматизации в различных сферах промышленного производства. На основании имеющихся методик приведены формулы и примерный расчёт качественных показателей средств автоматизации. Предложенная методика достаточно универсальная и может быть применена на любых объектах, деятельность которых связана с подъёмно-транспортными и погрузочно-разгрузочными работами. Проведён анализ экономической целесообразности применения изученных средств автоматизации на рассматриваемых производственных объектах. Анализ показал, что на настоящий момент применение средств автоматизации наиболее актуально и целесообразно при условии наличия больших грузопотоков.

The article focuses on the evaluation and analysis of existing automation equipment hoisting, loading and unloading, as well as economic and practical feasibility of their application in industry. A review of the main stages of development of mechanized and automated warehouses and handling machines. The conditions for the application of automation in various areas of industrial production. On the basis of the available methods, formulas and approximate calculation of quality indicators of automation. The proposed technique is quite versatile and can be used on any objects, activities are associated with handling and loading operations. The analysis of the economic feasibility of the studied automation equipment on the affected production facilities. The analysis showed that at the moment the use of automation is most relevant and appropriate, subject to availability of large flows.
